A community building for mixed use.
Rudheath Parish Council have recently taken on “The Venue” building, looking to improve its value to the local community by offering a range of facilities and opportunities for diversity of activity.
It is situated adjacent to the A556 off Gadbrook Road, opposite Roberts Bakery, Rudheath, Northwich.
Little Owls Pre-School Nursery have their classrooms and play space at The Venue and Rudheah 512 junior youth club make use of the building on Friday evenings.
The Venue offers a Main Hall, 3 meeting rooms, large foyer, Kitchen and a large car park. Additionally there is an enclosed outdoor basketball court (tarmac) and grassed area.
Could it be “The” Venue for you?.
The Princes Trust have used The Venue and recently a company hired the whole building for a week, to present child awareness classes for Year 6.
Do you want a meeting/training room away from your office yet close by (just across the road from Gadbrook Business Park) and at the same time contribute to the sustainability of the community facility.
Do you run activities and could benefit from our facility and easy accessible location, or maybe you always thought about organising such as a bingo evening or seventies music night but never quite got round to it and no one else has. Now is the time to try it.
We currently have bookings for activities such as Yoga and organisations offering Keep Fit classes to young and old, Little Stars soft sports classes and drama rehearsals.
Our kitchen can be used by outside caters or the hirer themselves and provides for prepared buffets and snacks etc. with facilities for hot drinks.
The main hall and meeting rooms could be used together, allowing for breakout rooms from a main training theme.
Each Training room has desks and chairs that can be organised to suit the use.
The main hall is good for birthday parties, or any party and accommodates a bouncy castle / ball pool – these can be hired from Bears Bouncy Castles – Rudheath (other suppliers also available) and can be used inside or out.
